Join PSU's Black Studies Department for a speech about The Black Panthers at noon Wednesday, Dec. 2, until 1:30 p.m.
The event is being held at The Multicultural Center in Smith Memorial Union, room 228 on Portland State University campus.
Featured speaker is Portland Black Panther Party member Kent Ford and Texas Black Panther Party Chapter founder Dr. Leroy Haynes.

Free Lunch will be served. Open to the public.
