Public Notice Effective Sat 04/27/2024 at 9:00 am through Sun 05/19/2024 at 11:59 pm, Salem Housing Authority will accept applications for:
Hope Plaza Project-Based Voucher: 0, 1, and 2-bdr units, rent based on income, preference for survivors of domestic violence
Englewood East: 1 and 2-bdr units – Elderly Housing - Head, Spouse, or Cohead age 62+, rent based on income
Englewood West: 1-bdr units - Elderly Housing - Head, Spouse, or Cohead age 62+, affordable flat rent
Parkway West: 3-bdr units, affordable flat rent
Brush College and Meadowlark Village: 2-bdr units, rent based on income.

Includes units with features for mobility accessibility. To apply, visit www.salemhousingor.com and click “Apply Now.” Paper applications are accepted as a reasonable accommodation and may be requested by contacting housing@salemhousingor.com or 503-588-6368. Ad Deadline: Print Ads must be ordered and paid for by 1:00 p.m. on Monday in order to make the deadline each week. The Skanner News comes out on Wednesdays. Ads in will run through the following Wednesday.

Print Image Quality Specs: For print ads requiring an image, please submit the image in as high-res as you can to Jerry Forster at Advertising@TheSkanner.com. We recommend at least 300dpi for best results in the printed newspaper.

ONLINE MEDIA

Online Image Quality Specs: For web-based ads, we recommend at least 72dpi for best viewing. Images and logos will be sized according to editorial discretion, based on the image orientation (width, height, etc.).

Online Ads will run seven days from first posting (although, 2, 3 and 4 week durations are available).

Image Format: For web, we recommend JPG format, although GIF or PNG may also be acceptable.

Payment Options: The Skanner News accepts PayPal for ads placed online. To pay for ads via other means (checks, credit cards, etc.), please contact accounting@theskanner.com.
